A Word from the Chairman:

The goal of the Christian Board of Education of the First Baptist Church of Matawan is to teach the Word of God.  We believe that the Bible is the written inspired Word of God and would like to share its teachings with everyone!  Please visit out website daily and see what the Scriptures have to say.  We encourage reading your Bible daily to see what personal message God has for you.
- Penny Applegate, Chairman Christian Board of Education

Theological Thought Of The Month

"The resurrection of Jesus changes the face of death for all His people. Death is no longer a prison, but a passage into God’s presence.  Easter says you can put truth in a grave, but it won’t stay there."  Clarence W. Hall
